#4 Creating Catalog from Search may fail

if the "Search Result" catalog was removed manually
either by deleting it directly from
~/.gnome2/gthumb/collections or by deleting it from
within gthumb.

The reason is that gnome_vfs_open does not implicitly
create the file if it does not exist.

See the supplied patch for a solution to that problem.
