[Gterm-discuss] gterm license

I'm looking at using gterm in a program, but the licensing information
in what I found in CVS is only half done, it seems.  The GPL/LGPL is not
there and not referenced from the source files.  Is this going to be fixed?

Also, there's a possible buffer overrun with nparam.
