#38 Rename to GTD Sync / gtdsync

Rename GTD Sync with todo.txt to GTD Sync and gtdSyncWithTodoTxt to gtdsync, because it is shorter and because I do not want to advertise it as a todo.txt tool.

• Remove GTD Sync projects and repository from Eclipse and remove all eclipse files from directories. Remove all context from mylyn tasks. Change Task Data directory to workspace
• Move groovy classes to /zips/src/addons/gtdsync
• Remove all symlinks to development files from user directory of Freeplane running from Eclipse
• Set workspace groovy compiler. Import gtdsync git repository in Eclipse and create new groovy projects pointing to gtdsync and gtdsync/test folders. Add scripts, zips/src, translations and features to the build path. Adjust package in all groovy class files and for all references to these class files. Set Task Data directory to gtdsync/.mylyn
• Apply shorter GTD Sync to index.html on Ziggo homedrive
• Rename local directory, build file and root node name attribute from gtdSyncWithTodoTxt to gtdsync. Change the name of the root node of the build file and first translation entry to GTD Sync. Rename gtdSyncWithTodoTxt.groovy to GTDSync.groovy en update build file. Check all text in build file and change where necessary.
• Check if .gitignore is still allright
• Freeplane running from Eclipse: uninstall GTD Sync and manually remove files; regenerate GTD Sync package; install GTD Sync; change classpath to new lib folder; move/regenerate gtdsync.xml; add symlinks to development files to user directory
• Change wiki and other Sourceforge pages
• Change help files
• Wijzig gtdSyncWithTodoTxt.script.xml in .gitignore van v0.8.0

Skipped for v0.7.7

• Change all translation keys to start with addons.${name}, rename them in all groovy scripts and classes, in the translation properties files and ReviewKeysAndMessage.ods -> this was already done foor v0.8.0 and after translation was improved
