As a	first time user of GTD Sync
I like	to have easy access to the quick start help mind map
so that	I can have a quick start using GTD Sync

Acceptance criteria

The help quick start mind map is available from the GTD Sync add-on menu.
The help quick start mind map can be accessed with hot key Alt+F1.
If available, the quick start help mind map in the local language will be displayed.

Notes for development

Reuse code from scriptlib add-on by jokro.
