GTagger 0.2.0-pre3 released

A new release of GTagger - a gtkmm based ID3Tag editor - is out there. A lot of work has been done since 0.1.0 whereas this prerelease will be the last one. This version features the following enhancements:
* ogg read/write support
* file pattern matching and enhanced autocomplete
* prelimitary duplicate file search
* complete code cleanup
* improved autotools support
* configuration using gconf
* enhanced control
* some bugfixes
