I was just wondering if you were planning on implementing some sort of leveling system? If you have characters based only on cash, health, and weapons, there isn't going to be much depth to the game. To keep players coming back, they have to be able to attain some sort of advantage over their enemies. Players shouldn't be able to do this by just buying a better a weapon. Leveling in a game of this type could be important from an RP aspect. Without having stronger players, no one will be feared, no one will be looked up to. A mob boss and a news reporter wielding the same weapon and starting a battle would be just as powerful, it would be a cointoss. This doesnt give very exciting gameplay or RP, so I was just wondering on future plans you had for the game.

Agreed here too, and I will implement such a thing soon. Any thoughts on whats attributes should be implemented that would be affected? I intend to have some kind of "combat" attribute, but are there any more that you would like to see that could directly affect the game?

One thing that could be affected are skills. You could create different skills that pertain to fighting and the higher the level the more powerful the kicks or punches or gun accuracy could be.
