#15 non-continuous call to GSCapture.read()

It could bring some performance benefit to allow the method GSCapture.read() to be called not at every frame, but with a certain interval, something like this:

void draw() {
if (video.available() && ((frameCount % 10) == 0)){
video.read();
...

This currently makes the program crash, so there must be something to tweak in the code of GSCapture to solve the problem and allow for non-continuous reading of the pixels.

    Skipping frames doesn't result in a crash now. Got fixed along the way.
