#24 need to call loop after creating movie object

Even if a movie is to be set as paused right after creating the object, a call to loop() is needed even the movie is paused immediately afterwards:

movie = new GSMovie(this, "balloon.ogg");
movie.loop();
movie1.pause();

This is indicating some minor issue in the initialization code of the GSMovie object.

    Also, check the need of using play to start frame grabbing with GSCapture. This is inconsistent with behavior of old video library
