[Gstreamer-openmax] Adding new components

I have stumbled upon the need to add new components (eg. video_decoder.mpeg2, 
video_decoder.xvid, etc.).  Is it true that I will have to add an all-new set 
of classes derived from GstOmxBaseVideoDec, one for each component, or is 
there another preferred way?
