Hello, 

This patch provides support for MPL2 subtitles format. 

This is task for http://gstreamer.freedesktop.org/tasks/gstreamer.html#subtitles, but Ronald and Thomas are not answering my mails.
So im trying to post patch to maillist

This patch should work with CVS version.
