GPL Skulltag Master Server v0.9.6

Usage: gstmaster {port}
  port = alternate port (defaults to 15300)

The configuration file master.conf can be in the local directory or inside
/etc/gstmaster/ (on Linux only). Also these configs are strict in formatting.

This server is perfect for:
 * GPL People.
 * Those wanting to host their own private or public master server.
 * Those who want control.
 * Those who are banned from the official master server.
 * Whenever the official master server is down.

This server has been demonstrated:
 * On local tests
 * When the official master was down and every panicked and went crazy, this kept the place sane.

FAQ
 Q: Why did you make this?
 A: Bored. Also the launcher protocol was released and I wanted to piss some people off (the ones who said I could not do this).

 Q: Is there a console interface?
 A: Not yet, you need to modify the config file currently. An interface will be added soon however.

 Q: Why does your Windows Icon Suck?
 A: Because this is meant to be ran and left alone for the most part.

 Q: Why is your huffman code GPLed and the latest protocol non-GPLed
 A: Don't ask me why, but Rivecoder kindly GPLed Version 4 for me.

 Q: Does this build under Windows 64-bit?
 A: Don't know but it may.

 Q: Can I ban myself?
 A: Yes you can!
