#1 Close winodows & minimise patch

This patch does the following
(1) pressing the close button will hide the window
(2) pressing the quit button will hide the window
(3) To terminate you have to right click the tray and select quit
(4) On start if called with --start-minimised-to-tray It will not display the window

Note:.. This patch should be applied after the current debian patches have been applied to the current source
