#1 Inaccurate Ensoniq 5503DOC output

As noted in the original KEGS 0.91 documentation by Kent Dickey, the Ensoniq 5503DOC emulation can be inaccurate at times. Symptoms include notes sounding out of tune/off key during music playback (particularly in DivisiTune and MIDISynth music), and some sound effects cutting out or not playing as they do on a real Apple IIgs. (common with SoundSmith music)
