According to the FeaturePrice/Atlantic websites, their agreement to conti=
nue hosting former Featureprice customers has been cancelled.  If your si=
te was ever hosted at FeaturePrice, your site may be shut down at any mom=
ent. Move your hosting now to prevent any further difficulties.

mmended by Featureprice when they first announced that they were shutting=
 down.

Featureprice's original 5 recommendations:

#1 http://Globalhost.com : 7 months free
(starting at $9.95 per month)


#2 FeaturePrice/Atlantic

#3 http://Ipowerweb.com : no free months
(starting at 9.95 per month when paid quarterly)


#4 http://Server4you.com : Free sign-up and 3 months free for Featurepric=
e customers, but you can't sign up yet (their site is collecting email ad=
dresses of people who want to sign up eventually)


#5 http://Affinity.com : No clear offer. They seem to be a group of hosts=
, rather than a single web host.

Featureprice's Announcement:

Atlantic.Net and Feature Price have reached a settlement agreement. Follo=
wing is a summary of the terms of the agreement:

1) Despite our best efforts, both parties agree that we were unable to re=
ach a resolution that would allow us to continue with the acquisition as =
originally planned.

2) Atlantic.Net will continue to serve and support all former Feature Pri=
ce customers who have already switched to Atlantic.Net.

3) Feature Price is responsible for serving customers who remain on Featu=
re Price=92s network.

4) The original Asset Purchase Agreement is null and void. No equipment w=
ill change hands. This means that customers should contact Feature Price =
if they have questions about Web site files that remain on Feature Price=92=
s equipment.
