#1 Tkinter GUI, using 'sieve.py' library

For those who don't have the prerequisites to run
latest-and-gratest
Gnome and PyGnome, here is a Tk-based GUI, which uses only
the 'sieve.py' library. Usage would be:

$ python tksieve.py --nethost=imap.mydomain.tld
--user=myaccount

Works with Python 2.1.3+, on an up-to-date RH 7.3 box.
