gSculpt v0.99.5-alpha released

Terminal vertices can be chosen for the connect edges tool.
Projects can be loaded at application start time by specifying their path at the command line.
Added a 'clean dissolve edges' shortcut key.
Custom image loading library replaced with Python Imaging Library. This should alleviate problems with linking with libjpeg on some platforms.
Fixed bugs in; tools that use extrusion/expansion, the graph view, the scene command tracker, and the manipulator handles.
Changed the directory layout of the source code.
Modifed the initial parameters of the flatten vertices tool so that the 'per region' paramter defaults to 'off'.
