Two, I have a small problem under linux. By default alt + mouse = move window, crtrl + alt + ==> = walk through desktops, crtrl + alt + backspace = walk through windows.
Result we cannot make rotation, move, zoom or panning.
This is good to allow to redefine the shortcuts as with the other keys or redefine keys neutral as under xsi or Maya.

Other people have asked for configurable mouse controls too.....
Although to be honest, I just redefine my window manager settings! :-)
Thats probably not okay for you though.
