#1 Make SVG files not dependant on IE

Currently the SVG generated by GSCope3 can only be displayed currently within IE. Either find some way to have the features work in a general SVG client, or split up the SVG files so that the SVG scripts are not necessary (hence any SVG capable application could read them).
