You want to translate the gscmxx interface to german, but you do not use=20
the gettext internationalization mechanism. Is it right?

Big help for this  is kbabel useful utility from KDE project.

Also, I have written the converter from old gscmxx translation format to=20
a standart *.po file. You can found it in my patch as make-po.pl script.
