Why I renamed the  parameter?: too many question/bug reports why something 
like
	scmxx -sB0 -f mybitmap.bmp
does not work.
Reason why the old one does not work anymore?: if the old parameter still 
works in new versions (although hidden), it makes it even more difficult to 
say: "--file is gone" and then some ask: "what did --file do? It's a bug 
because it's not mentioned with --help." or something like that.

I mentioned it very clear in the Changelog (online and included) and the old 
version (0.6.2) was (and is) still available, even as .rpm. Actually, I 
already wanted to change that earlier but simply forgot that - well, I was 
reminded ;)

I cannot promise but I try to make it better next time :)
Right now, I am working on using UCS-2 for phonebooks, multipart-sms and UCS-2 
encoded sms.

Koppi might want to think about Unicode in his program.
