#10 auto select modified pages

This patch adds Select Modified since OCR.

This menu item selects all pages which have been modified since the last time OCR was run on them. (It also moves a couple lines of code to more logical place in the source.)

It is meant to be applied after applying a patched called "auto select blank pages" and depends on that code.
