[gscan2pdf-help] Paper Size Issue

Hi Jeff,

I hit the paper size issue again and catched one log:

Scenario:
- Scan A5 document (flatbet) [not in log]
- Save document and exit gscan2pdf [not in log]
- Restart gscan2pdf [log starts here]
- Paper size is still A5
- Now try to change to A4, but it switches itself back to A5
- Finally it worked to switch to US Letter first and then to A4
