#70 Respect command line filename for saving

It would be helpful to be able to open a PDF (or other format) by name from the command line (even a blank file) and have that filename as the default file name it will be saved under when the file is saved.
This way, gscan2pdf can more easily be used as part of a workflow in a script - for example paperless5.sh at http://code.google.com/p/lpdm/
