Auto response email

Although an autoresponse email is generated, in the
email, there is only a link to the ticket details. On
that page, the user would not be able to click to any
other page (bad username/password) because they are not
logged in.
Instead, put the details of the ticket in the email
itself and then put a link to the actual ticket but the
user must be presented with a log in page when they go
to this link. Once authenticated, it takes them
directly to the ticket details.
