General Design Document open to discussion

Since we posted our "help wanted" message in sourceforge, we have received
many e-mails from people willing to help. Currently our mailing list grupohci-dev@lists.sourceforge.net includes 20
members, so I think it is a good start for us.

I encourage you to express your opinions an participate freely in our
discussions, through this list and in the grupohci developers forum
(http://sourceforge.net/forum/forum.php?forum_id=39400) .
We had an IRC meeting last May 23, you can see the log in our document page

Overall presentation of the project design and status is included in a document in sourceforge (project documents,
http://sourceforge.net/docman/index.php?group_id=12515\), to be discussed by
the group members.
