#43 Locking / Unlocking of directories and files

This feature is keeping limiting me to products like
LinCVS and SmartCVS Professional. I love gruntspud and
the smooth interface.

This feature allows a user to lock or unluck files and
directories inside a cvs repository. Less conflicts
will arise if you are able to lock a file while you're
working on it.
