#46 can not see chinese characters in diff

hi, I have a SQL script file with chinese characters
inside. I added it into CVS as a TEXT file.

Everything (editing, update, commit...) is ok, but, when I
try to diff, neither in the console window nor the splited
jedit editing window, could i correctly see chinese
characters inside remote version(version from CVS) .

At any time, the local version can be correctly viewed
and edited inside jedit.

I guess it is a problem between console plugin and
grunspud plugin. could anybody check this?

Or terminal simulation problem? Because when trying to
diff a binary file, will get this response in console
window: "cvs server: this client does not support writing
binary files to stdout".
