#121 Unreported Plugin Dependency with ConsolePlugin

When initially attempting to install Gruntspud, I was
getting fatal runtime exceptions when I attempted to
start it, complaining that the "console/Shell" package
couldn't be found.

On a guess, I installed ConsolePlugin, and the problem
went away. Need to designate Console as a required
plugin for Gruntspud.
