What's going on at SourceForge?!?

Look at these times!  Igor sent this out around 8:00 pm UTC (1:00 pm his
local time).  Sourceforge received it almost immediately and then hung onto
it for almost 12 hours!

And I just checked and it's not in the list's archives yet.

Are any of you getting a huge delay in these messages as well?
