Purpose

GroupSuivi was build to adress a teacher's problem : recording day by day student's infos requested by his administration, which he have no time and no will to memorize.
GroupSuivi mean to be used on a tablet during the course.
GroupSuivi permit to record/update a student info with 2 or 3 taps.

Although GroupSuivi was build to resolve this teacher's problem, it can be used whenever a need to record in situ any data about a group of person.

GroupSuivi is not meant to be elegant, but to be operational.

Visual presentation

The major panel of the GroupSuivi's workspace show the persons of the group. Each [person-Eng] registered in the currently selected [group-Eng] is represented by a visual bloc.
These blocs can be moved anywhere on the workspace, and these placements are persistents : as an example, this facility can be use to memorize pupils place in the class.

Menus

The menu of GroupSuivi allow to customize some visual appearance, to register [groups-Eng] and [person-Eng] in the [datasource-Eng], and to parameterize the [datasource-Eng] to fit your requirements.

Persons records

When a person's bloc is clicked, a window is shown which present record's [actions-Eng] applicable on this person.
Extensive datas on a person are prensented whenever you click on the person name or [face-Eng] in this window.

Records data configuration

GroupSuivi is greatly flexible. It only provide minimal set of predefined parameters on persons.
You can define custom [properties-Eng] and custom [actions-Eng] on these [properties-Eng].
You can also select which [actions-Eng] are presented in a person's bloc.
