[Groupkit-users] Windows Mingw32 build files available in CVS

New very flimsy make and config files have been added to the /win subdir 
in CVS so you can build in windows now using the minimalist gcc compiler 
Mingw32 and msys (http://www.mingw.org/ and 
http://www.mingw.org/msys.shtml respectively).
