#6 Handle missing search paths more robustly

Right now if you intall a new version of GroupExplorer, but it can still see your old config file (e.g., if you're on the Mac), it may have the wrong search paths (pointing to where your old GE was, not your new one). It gives no errors, just won't load any groups.
Instead, you should have it warn the user that they have an invalid search path set up, and are missing one they probably want, and offer to fix it.
