#11 Finish port to Qt4

(This is probably no longer relevant, since so much more updating needs to be done on GE than just this, but I preserve this ticket here in my transition from Trac to Allura.)
Currently GE has been ported to Qt4, but relies on the Qt3Support module (and DLL).
A more thorough rewrite of existing code would make a more clean and complete port to Qt4, and improve user interface subtleties as well.
