No

All attachment names in sendbox in no eng codepage see as "utf-8...", in inbox all attachment names good.
And if create new mail and add attachment in russian codepage, name see as good (newmail_name_attachment_GOOD.jpg) and recipient see good name.
But if sending or save in drafts, name in sendbox and draftsbox see as NO good (sended_name_attachment_FAILS.jpg).
And after sending a letter from the draft with no good name, the recipient will see not good name too.

Can you attach the source of the mail?

Can you test it with 4.0.50?

Not only attachment names are screwed up, also when you click on them to download.
In the past, you got your "save as"-dialog, and the prechosen name was called like the name of the attachment (means: image.jpg was prefilled as "image.jpg"); now you get the full path of URL...? (FF latest, Windows latest, IE latest, GO latest :-)

I can't replicate this. Do you have steps to reproduce?
