  There is a windows build of the previous version (0.8.0) of gpredict. You can get it on the download page
  http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=25530
  (scroll down on that page).
  
  I didn't have the time to build a windows package for version 0.9; however, I may build one for the next version.
