Howto Encode with Grip??

For some reason, I was able to RIP from CD, but one of
the CDs that I ripped, was not encoded. The question
is, how do I know go back and encode what GRIP missed?
I am using lame -h input.wav output.mp3 from the CL,
but that is pretty slow, one at a time...yikes....
Can I do a whole directory from GRIP, or should I just
rip the CD again?
Thanks in advance for any assistance,
MP
To rip a whole CD, don't select any tracks on the main screen.... when you then select Rip -> Rip+Encode a pop-up will appear asking if you want to rip the whole CD. Alternatively on the "Tracks" tab, click on the word "Rip" and it will auto-tick all the tracks.
As for encoding what Grip missed - I think you'd have to do this manually by going to the directory and using lame / oggenc etc.
