#72 rip file limit

Under tabs Config, Rip, Options the number of tracks
that may be ripped can be limited.

I would like to limit the number of tracks based on the
size of the unencoded files. Let the software handle a
out of disk space error automatically by not starting
to rip until the current track to be ripped fits in the
maximum total amount of unripped file data.
