#70 It should be possible to disable filename disambiguation

I am ripping a large number of my classical CD to my
iRiver, and I continously meet the same problem: many
concerts have repeated tempo indications (e.g.,
Allegro), and even if I have a filename pattern that
disambiguates them adding the track number, Grip
insists in adding " (2)", " (3)", etc. to generate
distinct titles. What's worse, this is visible just by
clicking again on the tracks after the ripping has started.

I would suggest a distinct % specifier which represent
the "pure" title of the track, without disambiguation.
This would avoid this problem with full backward
compatibility.

Presently the only workaround is to rip a maximal
prefix of tracks without repeated titles, than adding
something (e.g., "Allegrox") to the track name to avoid
duplication, and rip another maximal prefix.

As a side note, for the same reason it would be nice to
have a % indicator which is *relative* to the subset of
tracks being ripped (i.e., it is 1 for the first ripped
track).

Ciao,
