better ogg command line

I think your default oggenc comand line needs some
work. Here's the one I use in Grip:
-q 4.99 -o %m -a "%a" -l "%d" -t "%n" -G "%G" -d %y -N
%t %w
The oggenc switches I have added are:
-q - quality (VBR)
-G - genre
-d - date
-N - trach number
Fortunately, Grip had varables to account for all of
these except VBR. All this info gets written to the
ogg tag.
I saw one other submitter mentioned VBR. If this was a
screen option, I wouldn't have to include it in the
command line. There's a bunch of other bitrate options
that others may eventually want (max, min, nominal,
etc) but I think -q is the important one.
