#116 request "Encode Only" button

There is a "Rip+Encode" button, and a "Rip Only"
button. I request an "Encode Only" button.

Sometimes when I rip I discover a problem that I can
fix in a sound editor. I just found one CD track with
some junk at the end of it; it was easy enough to do a
"Rip Only" on that track, and edit it in a sound editor
to remove the junk. But then... how to encode it?

I wound up typing a big, long command line by hand to
specify all the tags (artist, album, etc.). But grip
already knows all that! I was wishing I could choose
an "Encode Only" button that would grab the WAV file
already ripped, and encode it as per usual.

It's tidy, anyway: Rip Only, Encode Only, Rip+Encode.
