I've used Grip for years and love both it's simplicity as well as it's power. Personally, I encode everything via it's external calls, etc... great stuff. Unfortunately, it seems that Grip has been stagnant for years and though there are submitted patches available on SF patch that I could really use.. is it a dead project? Does it have a successor which everybody views as superior which is current and maintained?
