On both NetBSD and FreeBSD, the following build error occurs:

cdplay.c:(.text+0xc63): undefined reference to `WIFEXITED'

man 2 wait synopsis includes <sys wait.h=""> (and <sys types.h=""> for some systems).
The attached patches fix the error.</sys></sys>
