#29 Can't set "nice" value for wav filter

(I'm using 2.94 from the Red Hat 7 distribution.)

Although the "nice" values for ripping and encoding work fine for me, I have a sox filter command set up (nice feature, BTW) and the nice values do not apply to this. As a result, every time the post-rip filter is run, my CPU is hogged and everything else lags.

Now, I know I can take care of this myself by simply making the filter command "nice -n 15 <whatever>". It would be much better, though, if this were done automatically by grip.
