I am new to Grinder and I am attempting to call a spreadsheet from Jython so that I can read a list of values from the spreadsheet as input data so that the input data is different per thread and can match something in the database.
I have installed Apache POI and put in in my classpath. When I try to import this from the command line it can however when I try to run the test from Grinder (with the reference to apache in the script -
from org.apache.poi.hssf.usermodel import *
from java.io import FileInputStream
I get the message ImportError: no module named apache.
In the grinder.properties I have set
# start the Grinder processes.
grinder.jvm.classpath = \poi-3.6\poi-3.6-20091214.jar; \poi-3.6\poi-contrib-3.6-20091214.jar; \poi-3.6\poi-ooxml-3.6-20091214.jar;\poi-3.6\poi-ooxml-schemas-3.6-20091214.jar;\poi-3.6\poi-scratchpad-3.6-20091214.jar;
Would be grateful if someone can give me some advice - this looks like something I need to set within Grinder and the import apache is recognised from the command line.
I am using Grinder 3.
Also, if anyone has adivce on the best way to call a data list for insertion into parameters then this would be much appreciated (i.e. text file, from jave etc).
Thanks in advance,
