#30 re-Saving baseline

I have two projects active. If I save the baseline two
things occur

* with multiple projects up you have to save baseline
more than once. The OK screen does not go away until
you have hit it multiple times

* I already had a baseline saved with a task split. I
then took the split away and reconnected the task.
WHen I resaved the baseline it did not update
correctly. The baseline remained out to where the task
had been split
