If you do the following:

* enter task 1 in row 1 hit enter
* hit enter again to advance to row 3 (this can happen
if you are typing fast, the spreadsheet does not seem
to keep up),
* then enter task 3 in row 3
* move back up to row 2 and enter task 2
* Go in the spreadsheet and enter dependencies
* Enter in row 2/task 2 in the predecessor column task
1 as a predecessor
* It appropriately moves over but does not have a
visible link
* Go to row 3/task 3 and enter in the prdecessor
column task 2 as a predecessor.
* It does not correctly schedule task 3. It is in parallel
with it's predecessor

* there are no constraint dates
