Use:
send(int entityID, double delay, int gridSimTag, Object data) 
implemented by GridSimCore
If you do not want to utilise the network support.

Or use:
send(Sim_port destPort, double delay, int gridSimTag, Object data) 
implemented by GridSimCore
If you intent to use the network.
