[GridSim-users] how to optimize scheduling

I want to optimize the scheduling of gridlets to different resources.(for
eg: minimize cost/time)
the gridbroker (in gridsim 2.1) seems to have done the same thing, however
its not been implemented for newer versions.
can anyone tell me how to do the same with newer versions.
(i basically want to know the load on each resource after i submit a
gridlet, so that i can optimize the next gridlet)
