[GridSim-users] how to exchange CPU's MIPS into ClockSpeed(MHz)

Hi, Dear all:
I am working on the map from simulated grid by GridSim into real grid.
Considering the mechanism of describng CPU(ProcessElement) capability in
GridSim is MIPS, I am wondering is there any exchanging method from MIPS to
ClockSpeed(MHz), which is being used by real world, e.g. JSDL.
