Hi,
I am trying to simulate an scheduler with GridSim.
Is there any way to send a broadcast message to all the resources
available in the Grid ? Similar to a broadcast message in a
peer-to-peer network.

You can get a list of resources from GIS entity, and have a loop
that submits the message to all available resources.
